The next elections in Cheshire and Wirral will be on Thursday 7th May 2026:

• Election of a Mayor for Cheshire and Warrington
• Council Elections in Halton

There are no scheduled council elections in Cheshire East, Chester West and Chester or Wirral in 2025.

Ahead of the campaign, you can:

• Register to vote
• Apply to vote by post
